November 2025 Officer of the Month

Congratulations to Officer Dylan Casey for being selected as the Officer of the Month for November 2025!

Officer Casey joined UNCCPD in March 2024, and has quickly distinguished himself through exceptional professionalism, a strong work ethic and proactive policing. This is his second time receiving this recognition — an impressive accomplishment that highlights his consistent dedication and outstanding performance.

Over the past month, Officer Casey has demonstrated exemplary service. He has maintained dependable punctuality, taken on additional hours to support the Criminal Investigations Division and shown a remarkable commitment to case follow-through. His diligent preparation and execution of multiple warrants led to the arrest of a suspect on twelve active warrants, all personally pursued and completed by Officer Casey.

As a patrol officer, he continually seeks opportunities to take reports, investigate cases and ensure incidents are resolved fully and professionally. His proactive involvement in addressing a juvenile vehicle theft ring further showcased his commitment to crime prevention.

With this achievement, he is eligible for the Officer of the Year Award.
